2. The valve body with tube-sheet welding stainless steel sphere tube-sheet welding structure is generally suitable for nominal pressures less than or equal to 5.0MPA (CLASS300). This kind of valve body is light in weight and the inner cavity is easy to process. However, special attention should be paid to the arrangement of reinforcing ribs during design to prevent the body cavity from deforming due to internal pressure.
3. The stainless steel ball and valve cover are flange-connected cast valve bodies. Non-circular bonnet flange (usually oval or square) is used for valves with nominal pressure less than or equal to 2.0MPA (or CLASS150) and various pressure levels with diameter less than or equal to 65mm (2 1/2in); round This type is used for valves with nominal pressure equal to or greater than 2.5MPA (or CLASS300). The connection end between the valve body and the pipe is usually butt welded. The stainless steel ball and valve cover adopt a cast valve body with internal pressure self-sealing connection. Flanges can also be used at the connecting ends. This kind of stainless steel sphere is mostly used for high pressures where the nominal pressure is equal to or greater than 15MPA.
4. Forged stainless steel spheres. Typical connection ends of small-diameter forged valve bodies include internal threads, socket welds, flanges (whole forging or butt welding), and butt welding. The connection between the stainless steel ball and the valve cover also has four types of stainless steel balls: threaded, flange, welded and pressure self-tightening.
